Tom and Jerry

Ah, Tom and Jerry, a little piece of my infancy. This American TV show was created in 1940 by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera (Hanna-Barbara) and basically it consists of a series of shorts films in which a cat (Tom) tries to catch a charismatic mouse (jerry) using an endless number of traps and plans. In addition to these two protagonists, there were secondary characters like Spike, a fierce bulldog who lives in the same house as them, Tom's friendly cats and Jerry's family mice. I remember some of the episodes that I liked the most as a child, like the episode where Tom goes to heaven and hell, when they visit Napoli, or the movie in which both go to Mars. I also remember that episode from the 60s in which Jerry is an astronaut and Tom accidentally accompanies him into space or that episode in the beach.

This animated show was one of my favorite as a child and even now I have to watch it if I find it on TV.
